The only looming question, bum bum bum...do I qualify?? The answer is yes. Yes you will qualify immediately or for some, qualify once they do some work on their credit, save for down payment, ect. Either way, it is so important to know what you need to do, in order to qualify and take advantage of this time in real estate history.
