I was first introduced to Rachel Brown at a Home Buying Seminar in which she provided advice and information for first time homebuyers.  A few months later she gave another presentation on home buying and provided useful information about the Atlanta housing market and things to know about your credit before purchasing a home.   When I was ready to begin my home search I knew she would be a great realtor based off her seminars and recommendations from her previous clients.  The first time I spoke with Rachel about purchasing a home she was very easy to talk to.  She explained all of my options and kept in mind what I wanted to find in my first home.  In addition, she always considered my budget and made sure the homes I was considering were in my budget and properties in which I was getting my money’s worth.  She did not pressure me at all and was very patient throughout the whole process.  Even though I was unsure that I would be able to find what I wanted within my budget, she reassured me and was very confident that I would be able to find what I wanted.   Working with Rachel made my first home purchase a very easy and educating experience.  I would recommend her as a real estate agent to anyone buying or selling any type of property because she genuinely cares about her clients and always puts her clients first.

Rachel was recommended by a colleague of mine,  I was a first time homebuyer and not only was she very patient in assisting me to find the home of my dreams(which she did in no more than 3 meetings with her!) but she was also very knowledgeable about the overall real estate transaction process from the putting in an offer to the closing date.
